Fine Grading and Irrigation

Fine Grading

Fine Grading and Irrigation

The first step in the landscaping process is to create a foundation. Just as a new house needs a strong foundation, so does your landscaping. This is accomplished with fine grading. We'll begin by examining your property. Then we'll order grade stakes to be installed. These will tell us how the water should flow on the property and how much dirt will be needed to accomplish proper drainage. We'll remove, add, and reposition dirt as needed to grade your yard so water flows away from your house and off your property.

After the fine grading is complete, it's time to install irrigation. An automated irrigation system takes the time and effort out of watering your lawn. This is especially helpful to ensure consistent watering while your new lawn is being established. Whether you install Sod or Hydroseed, regular and frequent watering is necessary in order to establish a healthy lawn. Once your lawn is established, consistent watering will help to keep your investment healthy and looking beautiful.
